183 North project Phase II: Northbound direct connector with MoPac to open Jan. 31

The northbound connector ramp between U.S. 183 express lanes and MoPac Expressway/Texas State Highway Loop 1 will open Saturday, January 31, according to officials with the 183 North Mobility Project.
