Waymo recalls software for self-driving cars following school bus violations

Records show Waymo told the district it completed software updates that addressed the issue by Nov. 17, but the district provided video showing another violation on Dec. 1. That same week, the company told KXAN it would voluntarily file a software recall with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
