What KHY’s After Dark Drop Shows About a Celebrity Fashion Label’s Business

KHY, Kylie Jenner’s clothing label, founded in 2023, released its After Dark collection on Oct. 27, 2026. The winter line is built around outerwear, with faux fur, bombers, puffers and knitwear.

The drop shows how a celebrity’s label sets a seasonal product, a price ladder and a sales channel around Jenner’s public profile. It came nine days after Jenner’s Oct. 18 runway debut at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show in Los Angeles.

Coverage counts 16 or 17 pieces. U.S. prices run from $120 to $540, and the collection is sold on the label’s own website.

What Is in the After Dark Collection

Coverage differs on the size of the line. Hypebae and Fashion Times, which cites ELLE’s preview, describe 16 pieces. FROW counts 17.

Coats lead the range. The Hollywood Maxi Coat is a full-length faux-fur style with an oversized shawl collar and a concealed hook-and-eye fastening, and it reverses to faux leather, according to New York Style Guide. Hypebae calls it the Hollywood Coat and says it was inspired by Kris Jenner.

The leopard Backseat Bomber, the Canyon Puffer and the Marmont Sculpted Coat sit alongside it. Fashion Times singles out the Marmont. Hypebae also lists oversized puffers and other leopard-print pieces.

Knitwear fills out the line. The Chateau Mini Dress is knit from 70% mercerized wool and 30% cashmere, with oversized polyester faux-fur cuffs, a straight neckline and rolled edges.

The Fringe Wool Cardigan is fitted and cropped, with slim sleeves, a V-neck and a tie below the bust. Oversized fringe runs along the neckline, front edges and cuffs. Its yarn includes baby alpaca and merino wool, and New York Style Guide also lists nylon. A wool-cashmere balaclava with an integrated scarf is also listed.

Hypebae adds a faux-fur zip-up hoodie in baby pink and black with a Y2K-inspired feel, and a wool-cashmere knit set with a matching balaclava. Elite Daily reviewed a Downtown Zip-Up Sweater and a Knit Top.

After Dark at a Glance
KHY released After Dark on Oct. 27, 2026. Elite Daily puts U.S. prices at $120 to $540, and New York Style Guide lists the Hollywood Maxi Coat at $540.

How the Pieces Are Priced

Elite Daily puts the collection’s U.S. price range at $120 to $540. The Hollywood Maxi Coat sits at the top at $540, according to New York Style Guide.

Other U.S. prices reported are $350 for the Chateau Mini Dress, $290 for the Fringe Wool Cardigan, $350 for the Downtown Zip-Up Sweater and $300 for the Knit Top.

FROW lists UK prices. The Hollywood Maxi Coat is £485 and the Chateau Mini Dress £345. The Leopard Backseat Bomber is £285, a Sculpted Cardigan £240 and the matching balaclava £130.

Elite Daily’s reviewer says coats run around $400 and that sweaters and jackets are generally $200 or more. She calls the line an investment, and says you won’t regret it if you want to splurge on unique winter pieces.

The same review lists comparable items from other brands for context. They include a Good American faux-fur coat at $348, an ASOS Collusion faux-fur jacket at $119, a Massimo Dutti cashmere vest at $290 and an Aritzia hoodie at $168.

The reported prices place the large faux-fur coat at the top of the range, with the knit items clustered between $290 and $350. FROW says a few pieces have already been snapped up but does not name them.

How the Fabrics and Fit Held Up in One Review

Elite Daily’s Sarah Ellis tested three pieces and gave the collection 4 out of 5. She describes the faux fur as plush and softer than in past KHY collections, and the fabrics as cozy rather than itchy.

The Downtown Zip-Up Sweater cinches at the waist and has a two-way zipper that can show the midriff, plus an oversized fur-lined hood. She calls the look “Bratz doll chic.”

The Knit Top is a sleeveless chunky knit with an oversized funnel neck that can also be worn as a hood. She found it too warm for hot days and not insulating enough for cold ones, though it worked on a 65-degree day.

The Chateau Mini Dress is soft and body-moldable, she writes, and not sheer. She suggests it for a date or a cocktail bar and plans to save it for New Year’s Eve.

Orders arrive in a cream box with silver branded lettering, and each piece comes in a matte plastic sleeve. Ellis recommends the line for people who like a dark feminine look with Y2K party-girl touches.

Stock and dispatch timing vary by item.

A Direct-to-Consumer Launch

FROW says readers can shop After Dark at KHY. Hypebae likewise points readers to the brand’s website. New York Style Guide says the site lists the collection and that stock and dispatch timing vary by item. No wholesale or retail partner has been named in the coverage.

FROW says a few pieces have already been snapped up.

Hypebae calls After Dark the label’s first winter holiday release. The launch date of Oct. 27 comes from Fashion Times and Elite Daily.

How the Campaign Positions the Brand

Jenner appears in the campaign, photographed by Quentin de Briey in the hills of Los Angeles, according to Fashion Times. Hypebae and New York Style Guide place the shoot at a Hollywood Hills residence off Mulholland Drive, with a vintage car and the Sunset Strip.

Hypebae describes Jenner as both the face and the creative force behind KHY. It frames the release as a way of “kicking off party season” and draws on Los Angeles nightlife.

A press release quoted by Fashion Times through ELLE says the collection is designed for a woman for whom getting dressed is an occasion in itself.

New York Style Guide says the styling leans on proportion. Oversized outerwear sets the shape of an outfit, so a coat can carry the look over a simple base. Collars, cuffs and fringed edges are the visible details.

Elite Daily describes KHY as known for full-length coats and cold-weather staples. After Dark is a glamorous lineup of knitwear and outerwear with faux fur and faux leather detailing, according to Elite Daily.

The campaign followed Jenner’s runway debut at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show on Oct. 18 in Los Angeles. Fashion Times reports that she wore the show’s Fantasy Bra, created in collaboration with Jacob & Co. founder Jacob Arabo.

Per Vogue, as cited by Fashion Times, the bra has 4,410 natural diamonds, including a 75.54-carat Fancy Vivid yellow diamond, and is valued at $50 million.
